A practical hybrid workflow

  1. Poll between 2–4 concepts to choose the winner.
  2. Waitlist the winner (email capture) to measure intent and build a launch list.
  3. Pre-order the final version to validate wallet demand and fund production.
  4. Stock smarter: manufacture the winner first, keep runner-ups for future tests.

Common mistake: launching pre-orders for multiple variants at once. You’ll split demand and learn less. A poll helps you collapse the decision into a single “best bet” first.
